Rental office was always prompt and courteous. Maintenance staff as well. Never any issues with noise or neighbors. Highly recommend...it is worth the extra rent cost when compared to other apartments in the area.

Every time I submit a request for a maintenance, things have been resolved in a timely manner. Also enjoying all the amenities. My overall experience could be improved a bit more by enhancement on garage door as it hasn't been working as it is supposed to.
Great property but issues with parking information from managementsubmitted by Simone W. - |Recommended: YesI love the apartment and complex that I live in, love the amenities, the employees are friendly and nice and overall the environment is great - Everything having to do with my actual apt and buildings is great. I have had issues with parking, communication to the management team issues with package deliveries. Most frustrating incidents - First week I moved in, I called the internal line to extend a visitor parking pass for another night. She told me that was completed on their end and that we are good to go, so I let my friend leave their car. It ended up getting towed and I paid for this 160 towing because I had told my friend it was ok. This was extremely frustrating. I called back the next day to see what happened and they simply told me she was new and didn't know and that they will look into what happened. I never heard back on this. But I paid for a mistake that was not mine. - One night, my garage card opener was not working - I tried for about 10 mins to get inside and even got out of my car to hold it next to the sensor and it would not open... so I parked in G1 and got towed. Paid again 160 for a mistake that wasn't mine. - Packages that are larger than the automated package room always get sent away and I have to drive to a location to pick them up. Wondering if this could be updated to be received by the front desk of 2920 and be held there for at least 1-2 days There have been other minor issues with my key fob not working, packages being delivered to the front and them not being able to find it when another employee had confirmed it was there, incorrect rent being charged to my account... but again that's all relatively minor. If the parking, communication and knowledge of management, and package issue was fixed, I would rate this 5 5 across the board.

All the well-behaved dogssubmitted by Rebecca Y. - |Recommended: YesFor the all dogs, I’ve seen walking in out of the apt complex with their owners, it’s actually very quiet overall. Having an apt that faces the satellite dishes at first wasn’t that appealing but I’ve soon come to enjoy the serenity of urban fabric.

It is nice, but parking is terrible and residents trash the placesubmitted by Charlie M. - |Recommended: NoI would tell them that the facilities are very nice but that the residents are rude and leave dog feces in the hallways, smoke in the stair wells, and the parking situation is awful. If it would not take five minutes to drive up to the reserved spaces than I would be ok paying for parking. I do not feel like paying for an awful garage with an awful design is worth it. The staff has been great and the maintenance has been fantastic. I still do not think that it is worth the money.

Incompetent Parking Systemsubmitted by Pier G. - |Recommended: NoIf you want to live in an apartment building where your access to park in the garage you will pay 100.00 per month for, then rent here. 3 times now in less than 2 months I have been at risk of being towed because i had to park in public parking after a hard day of work instead of parking in the garage because the garage key RANDOMLY DOES NOT WORK. Never had this issue in other apartments. And management has offered no explanation. This is happening several times each month with no resolution in sight.
