|Recommended: YesModern design building but could use a few upgrades — Would be nice if the main gym in building 1 could have a bench press machine like in building 3 .

We will review this request and look into the feasibility of adding similar equipment.
|Recommended: YesMaintenance staff rocks — The maintenance team responded promptly and arrived the very next morning after our AC ticket was submitted. They quickly identified the issue and were able to fully resolve it the same day. The repair ended up being more involved than we initially expected, requiring welding and several hourly check-ins, but they handled everything from start to finish with great professionalism.
They were also incredibly thoughtful throughout the process — opening and closing all the blinds windows due to the smoke from the welding and even offering to clean up the debris that had fallen during the repair. Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making sure everything was fully resolved made the experience excellent. Truly amazing service from a very professional and considerate team.

|Recommended: YesGreat Maintenance — The maintenance staff here is the best They are so kind and always willing to help with the things in our house. Every ticket we have put in has been addressed and they do a wonderful job. Want to thank Andre, Daezon, and Dontae who came and changed our washer dryer with ease. They cleaned up after themselves and even vacuumed our floor. Also huge shoutout to Jimmy who was able to make it happen for us and make our experience living here great Thank you all so much
|Recommended: YesI have lived at Modera Mosaic for nine years and have absolutely no regrets. This apartment community is safe, centrally located near stores, and home to families, children, and individuals alike. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating.
Britney assisted me today, and her professionalism and welcoming attitude truly stood out. She made the experience smooth and pleasant.

|Recommended: YesI lived here for almost 3 years and it was a great time. The staff were always amazing, helpful, and understanding. Maintenance was always quick and on point. The location is phenomenal. I really enjoyed my time here. If I move back to Northern Virginia, Modera Mosaic is definitely my first choice.

|Recommended: YesI really do enjoy this place.The community is beautiful and especially the shops near by that are convenient. The maintenance is good and always on time. The desk people are just wonderful However one of the leasing employees name Banaz was way over her line. Very unprofessional. She yelled at me over this one incident and another called me a bad sister and said quote on quote I wasn’t cable of looking after my siblings. I am still a minor. This is very unprofessional. She also body shamed someone I know saying her belly stuck out. This is unprofessional and unacceptable I never received an apology whatsoever. How can one fight with a minor
|Recommended: NoDo not be fooled by the newly renovated apartments. The utilities are old and break easily. The elevators are constantly out of service with no communication as to when they'll be working again.
Unless you live in the main building, there is no concierge which means all of your packages will have to be picked up from there. This means walking a block carrying heavy items that could have been delivered to your door because they are too lazy to have the concierge provide this service. I am DISABLED and have requested 3 times to have my packages delivered and have been met with nothing but silence from management. Plus, you cannot pick up any packages between the hours of 1-4pm...what is that
God forbid you want to get delivery. You have to go downstairs to the lobby to get it yourself, and this includes grocery delivery. There is no office center in 2980 and the gym is just a few cardio machines.
It takes weeks to repair anything or get any type of response from management. The pool
|Recommended: NoChain of Command — I understand that managers want to empower their staff. And managers are very busy, I understand that as well. However, if an email is sent to the Property manager or Assistant manager why would a leasing member follow up with a phone call reply It's unprofessional and frankly makes management seem incompetent. Nevertheless, if you do decide to delegate your duties at least have someone with some respect contact the resident. Keep the sass and handle your task.

|Recommended: NoThe buildings have beautiful amenities and nice finishes. The location is also great with all of the stores and restaurants. My one complaint is that because building II has no doorman, there is no way to let guests up. You can let them through the second door but there is no way of allowing them to take the elevator. This is super frustrating when you order delivery and you have to end up going downstairs to get it, defeating the point. The building really needs to figure out how to fix this because it is a major inconvenience and makes the money you pay for amenities being included not really worth it.
