|Recommended: NoNew building with clear blemished — Going down and having places to eat for dinner is such a nice perk Also, the Target for immediate groceries is such a clutch.
Also, the shuttle to go to the metro is pretty nice. The major hold back is that it doesn't run on the weekends or later at night... what's the point of the shuttle then
The parking in the second building is a super bad hassle everyday, every night. The turn going down to the garage is so tight it's ridiculous they built it that way and doing that every day is enough reason to not live here.
Rent for quality of life at Modera is tricky. Although my room, is modern and has a nest thermostat, there is limited kitchen space, and price sq ft is pretty expensive.
Overall, it's not a bad place and really good for young people 1800 month isn't worth it though. I would recommend some price drops unless my friend can dish out the rent.

|Recommended: YesModera Atmosphere — I have been here for 4 months now and I really like it. The area is nice and very convenient. The pool is nice I just wish it was a little bigger, it gets crowed really fast. The dog park on the 2nd floor is ok, there needs to be a continuous water container for the dogs. Also if there was some shade would be great the AstroTurf is to hot for the paws.
I don't have a car so I cannot comment on the parking.
The only thing that really sucks, is the elevators are SO SLOW, which i don't understand why. The gyms are nice. The gym is building 1 is great, it needs a workout bench with the bars so you can do lifts and rest.
I would say my only complaint is the kids running in the hallways during the late nights and early mornings. I live on the 5th floor which isn't too bad, but there is a family middle eastern who lets their child run and scream in the halls. They just look at me an laugh.
The other thing is there needs to be more dog parks in the area. I reached out to the Mosaic Mgmt. and they are building dog parks now but hopefully people will pick up after their pets.
|Recommended: NoNot really high end and luxury. Weekends the floors and elevators are dirty. — It's a bit disorganized especially management of packages and in the morning the cleaners who do the cleaning of floors use a smelly rag and the elevators and lobby end up smelling a bit moldy.
