|Recommended: YesAffordable Lavish Living for Working Middle Class — My time as apart of the Modera Mosaic community has been nothing short of amazing. All property staff has been accessible, responsive, and pleasant. I have found my neighbors to be equally enjoyable smiles, elevator small talk, and friendly greetings are the norm here Despite the ongoing construction in the Mosaic area, I have not had many, if any, disruptions due to noise, dust, or otherwise. I have begun to see an uptake in community event offerings as the buildings begin to get more occupied.
Building finishes are definitely above the standard, I cannot think of one real complaint in this regard. One wish list item would have been to have overhead lighting wiring installed to allow for tenants to set up lighting if needed, it can get a bit dark in bedrooms and living rooms depending on layout if you don't have proper lamp lighting. Additionally, the garage sensors can be a bit finicky at times when entering. Very minor inconveniences but not anywhere near a deal breaker.
Overall, Modera is a gem in an already amazing neighborhood. Highly recommend

Plenty of restaurants and shops close by, you have everything you need in your backyard This apartment is perfect for a first time renter - to an experienced renter. Highly recommend

|Recommended: YesGreat t place to leave — We been living at the Modern Mosaic for the past two a half years. I'm very happy here. The building is beautiful. The numerous amenities e.g. the Great Room, the Gym, and the Pool are wonderful. The leasing office and front desk staffs are professional, polite, responsive, and eager to please. The building maintenance engineers are the best of any apartment I've ever lived in. When I put in a request for service, the engineers are always prompt in responding, professional in their behavior, and always have a smile on their faces. My apartment -- I love my apartment I have a three bedroom unit . It feels spacious and has beautiful hard wood floors in the living room dining room kitchen hallway. The bedrooms are carpeted.
The walls are thick and block all but the loudest sounds coming from my neighbor's unit. I've recently decided to have the apartment painted and my own window treatments put up. I'm planning on staying here a while a long while.

|Recommended: YesCurrent Resident — My experience here at Modera Mosaic has been truly pleasant. I rented the guest suite for the first time over the weekend and the room was amazing, spacious, clean and had everything my guests could imagine having. The amenities are great and the social areas are always clean and fresh.
As a current resident I feel I made an excellent choice to make Modera Mosaic my home. Everything is conveniently located within walking distance and I have a clean, safe place to entertain my family and friends. I enjoy where I live, the staff is always accommodating, polite and always professional. I feel if I ever had issue s the staff would work to help resolve.
If you are looking for a family pet friendly community, everything conveniently located stopped by to experience for yourself.

|Recommended: YesThe property is great I haven't experience any real maintenance problems. Then leasing team is wonderful. — I feel like Modera Mosaic is heaven on earth. The overall environment is wonderful and so full of excitement. There are so many activities and resturants. I love going to the Paint Muse around the corner from my apartment. I love Z Gallerie furniture store. I often times stop by Williams and Sonoma for fresh free smoothies are lemon water. You can enjoy yoga every Sunday in front of the Angelica movie theatre. The shuttle bus is at the corner that takes you to the Dunn Loring subway station for free. If you are not living here, you are missing out

|Recommended: YesDecent but expensive — Pricy, but that is what northern virginia is all about. Location is amazing as it is located in the heart of the mosiac district. Love having private parking without having to share with retail. Can hear my neighbors walking, watching tv, talking, doing dishes, flushing toilets, doing laundry, and bedroom stuff from the floor ceiling walls hallways.

|Recommended: YesGorgeous property, extremely high standard for cleanliness, great location — I absolutely love living here and personally think the prices are very competitive given the high standard of amenities, cleanliness, aesthetics and location. To me this place is a no-brainer and you are not going to find a better deal for what you are getting. We also have 2 dogs and we couldn't have found a more pet friendly place. 5-stars.
