|Recommended: YesModera Atmosphere — I have been here for 4 months now and I really like it. The area is nice and very convenient. The pool is nice I just wish it was a little bigger, it gets crowed really fast. The dog park on the 2nd floor is ok, there needs to be a continuous water container for the dogs. Also if there was some shade would be great the AstroTurf is to hot for the paws.
I don't have a car so I cannot comment on the parking.
The only thing that really sucks, is the elevators are SO SLOW, which i don't understand why. The gyms are nice. The gym is building 1 is great, it needs a workout bench with the bars so you can do lifts and rest.
I would say my only complaint is the kids running in the hallways during the late nights and early mornings. I live on the 5th floor which isn't too bad, but there is a family middle eastern who lets their child run and scream in the halls. They just look at me an laugh.
The other thing is there needs to be more dog parks in the area. I reached out to the Mosaic Mgmt. and they are building dog parks now but hopefully people will pick up after their pets.
|Recommended: NoIt can be better. — i expect to see clean patio furniture, working patio fireplace. 1 designated smoking patio. Normal temperatures in the hallways. Covered areas, and canopies when it’s raining.

-Thin walls You can hear your neighbors through the wall
-Parking If you end up leasing in Modera I, you’ll spend 3 minutes just trying to get in and out if the garage, as the residential garage is situated on the 4th floor. If there is an event happening in Mosaic, that 3 minute can become 5 to 7 minutes.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Yes, I love this place. The staff is very helpful and nice. Any time I need something fixed, it gets done right away. The building in beautiful.

|Recommended: YesGreat building, amenities, and location — Lived in mosaic for three years and everything was great. Moving to Reston to buy but enjoyed my time at Mosaic. Rental office was always prompt and courteous. Maintenance staff as well. Never any issues with noise or neighbors. Highly recommend...it is worth the extra rent cost when compared to other apartments in the area.
|Recommended: YesAll the well-behaved dogs — For the all dogs, I’ve seen walking in out of the apt complex with their owners, it’s actually very quiet overall. Having an apt that faces the satellite dishes at first wasn’t that appealing but I’ve soon come to enjoy the serenity of urban fabric.
|Recommended: YesMove-In Recognition — I wanted to recognize Josh C Mosaic Tech for my move-in day orientation he was beyond helpful by even getting on a ladder to open adjust blinds way high up in the loft.

|Recommended: NoIt is nice, but parking is terrible and residents trash the place — I would tell them that the facilities are very nice but that the residents are rude and leave dog feces in the hallways, smoke in the stair wells, and the parking situation is awful. If it would not take five minutes to drive up to the reserved spaces than I would be ok paying for parking. I do not feel like paying for an awful garage with an awful design is worth it.
The staff has been great and the maintenance has been fantastic. I still do not think that it is worth the money.

|Recommended: NoIncompetent Parking System — If you want to live in an apartment building where your access to park in the garage you will pay 100.00 per month for, then rent here. 3 times now in less than 2 months I have been at risk of being towed because i had to park in public parking after a hard day of work instead of parking in the garage because the garage key RANDOMLY DOES NOT WORK. Never had this issue in other apartments. And management has offered no explanation. This is happening several times each month with no resolution in sight.
